Servogear service division is there for you whenever you need it. Our service personnel are well-qualified and dedicated persons with long experience in the controllable pitch propeller business.
CUSTOMISED MAINTENANCE PLANS FOR YOUR SYSTEM
We are continuously developing our products, and provide inspections to determine whether any changes can improve the performance of an existing Servogear system. We also perform total refit projects, where we change from the existing propulsion-installation to a Servogear solution.

Propeller Repair
In most cases, we can repair damaged propeller blades, thus preventing the time spent and cost of providing new blades for the vessels. After repair, the blade is 100 percent of its original state. We can also pair in 1-2 blades, if the remaining blades are in operational condition. The series of images in the gallery demonstrates a typical propeller blade repair at Servogear from start to finish.
Propulsion Upgrade
We are continuously developing our products, and provide inspections to determine whether any changes can improve the performance of an existing Servogear system. This is especially important if the customer has had any changes in their operating profile, or other amendments since the original installation, such as an engine replacement.
Gearbox Overhauls
Servogear performs gearbox overhauls both onboard the vessels and in our own workshop. We provide close follow up, and when we overhaul in our facilities we perform a spin test before delivery. Customers who have chosen to have a spare gearbox available have saved both time and costs in regards of minimizing off-hire and avoiding urgency overhauls.
Service Agreement
We offer vessel owners to be included in a service agreement. With a Servogear service agreement, our customers get a close follow up of their vessels, ensuring the optimum propulsion performance at all times.

Training
To fully utilize the advantages of a Servogear Ecoflow PropulsorTM system, we offer the vessel staff to train with experienced Servogear personnel. This includes training in both technical skills and learning to operating the vessel in the most efficient matters.
Camera Inspection
Servogear provides visual inspection of your gearbox with an advanced, high definition camera. For the customer this means potentially more operating time by saving time and money.
With the new camera inspection service, Servogear can help customers to avoid costly repairs and having to take the vessel out of operation unexpectedly. Camera inspection is service made easy. A service engineer will only have to open the inspection hatch to use the 4 mm camera to inspect bearings, hoses and other important parts.

Our after sale & service devision are structured so that Servogear is easily accessible around the world. We have representatives working for us regarding both sales and service. Some of our service work can be carried out by experienced local mechanics who has undergone training from Servogear and that receives assistance from our service office in Norway.
